Our Bear Lake Townhome Rental is as dreamy as it looks happily fitting 3-4 families. It is equipped with all the extra things to make your vacation easy and magical.
Additionally, we have a pool, hot tub, private lake access and kayaks, life jackets and card games for all ages. Plus, it’s walking distance from parks, shops and restaurants!
ABOUT THE RENTAL
Just a few of our favorite things...
LOTS OF BEDS
There is one room on the main floor with a king bed, pull-out twin pad & Smart TV in room.
Secondly, the master bedroom is upstairs with a king bed, pull out twin pad & pack and play. This room has a Private bathroom and Smart TV in room.
Thirdly, we have two more awesome rooms upstairs with lots of beds. The family bedroom has a Queen bed and Twin Bunk beds. Lastly, the Bunk Room has two triple bunk beds with Queens, Fulls and Twins. Plus, a smart TV!
FUN INCLUDED
Our rental is apart of Legacy Beach which means access to the outdoor pool (seasonally) and hot tub (year round) overlooking Bear Lake. And private lake access that you can drive on!
The pool is obviously SO fun, but our favorite has been hot tubbing as the snow falls while overlooking the frozen lake.
Also, you have access to the clubhouse and workout equipment.
ADDED MAGIC
While you’re at our place, we want your vacation to be easy and packed with activities for everyone!
In the summer, you have access to two adult kayaks and two youth kayaks, life jackets, sand toys and beach towels! Additionally, year round you can enjoy our family’s favorite board, card games and Smart TVs with Netflix and Disney+.
Also, we have jet skis available for rent that can be anchored at the private lake upon your arrival.

How many does it sleep? Our goal was to maximize every room to pack in as many as we could for all the mems! Because of this, we have 4 twins, 2 doubles, 3 queens, 2 kings, 2 pull out twins & a pack and play. If you have a lot of children in your fam, bring it on. This rental can fit 3-4 families depending on size and ages.
How close is your townhome to “town”? Bear Lake is large, but Garden City (where all the shopping and food is located) is small. Fortunately, we have lake access and are just a few blocks from “town.” In less than five minutes, you can walk or drive to restaurants, the market, local parks and more.
Are there things to do in Bear Lake year-round? Absolutely. Check out our blog for ideas.
